Just to let everyone know at Kingsley that Matt Howe's portrait of his Grandmother painted last year in his final A level year made it through to the short list at the BP Portrait Prize at the National Portrait Gallery in London. This is possibly the most prestigious portrait painting prize in the world. Unfortunately he didn't make the final hanging but his painting was selected to the final committee just missing out on the 51 selected from 2100 paintings. Well done Matt!!
